Wildlife Veterinary Field Course - Laos Application

Thank you for your interest in the Gibbon Health Initiative (GHI) Field Course. Please complete all sections of this application. Upon review and notification of acceptance, you will be provided with payment instructions for the deposit to secure your position, along with the required Participant Liability Release Form.

Deposit & Payment Policy Agreement

Please review and acknowledge the financial terms governing the GHI Field Course in the application form above:

• Non-Refundable Deposit: Upon notification of acceptance into the field course, a $500 USD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in the program.

• Payment Deadline: Full payment of the remaining tuition balance must be received at least 60 days prior to the course start date. Late enrollment will be considered dependent upon availability. In the case of late enrollment, full payment is required and is nonrefundable.

• Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the start date will receive a refund of any tuition paid minus the $500 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the course start date are fully non-refundable due to fixed field site operational, housing, logistics, and staffing commitments that are committed in advance.

• Course Cancellation by GHI/Center: In the rare event that GHI or the host center cancels the course, accepted participants will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid (including deposit) or the option to transfer to a future session.
